    Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware Hosts March Luncheon

    The members of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware (CIRC/Delaware) and their guests gathered at the Clarion Belle in New Castle, Delaware on Wednesday, March 14, 2018. The featured speaker was Jeffrey D. Randol, Executive Director, Fort DuPont Redevelopment & Preservation Corporation. Once a military installation, Fort DuPont is now being integrated into a place to call home for people looking to connect with nature, history and community.     It was a festive day as members of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware (CIRC/Delaware) and their guests gathered on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at the Whist Club in Wilmington for their annual holiday luncheon. Board of Directors Membership has continued to grow under the leadership of Jim Manna, CIRC/Delaware Membership Chairman and his team.  New Members Once again, members stocked the pantry at the Food Bank of Delaware with their generous donations of non-perishable items. Raffle tickets were sold with all proceeds going to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware. We support their efforts to prepare the future workforce of Delaware.     CIRC/Delaware Welcomes Futurist Jim Lee at October Luncheon

    Members and guest of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware (CIRC/Delaware) heard an interesting presentation from Futurist Jim Lee at the luncheon on October 11, 2017 at the Clarion Belle in New Castle, Delaware. Jim is a financial investment advisor with Stratfi and a member of the Association of Professional Futurists. His presentation focused on Emerging & Future Trends that Impact Real Estate, including the forces of demographics, technology/automation and the movement of the shared economy (Uber, Airbnb, WeWork, etc).
