During the first six months of installation of your Sonitrol audio intrusion detection system, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, Sonitrol will neatly remove our equipment from your premises and refund your installation fee – no questions asked. We truly believe that the best way to “think about it” is to evaluate our system first-hand.
EMERGENCY SERVICE GUARANTEE
If your audio intrusion detection system requires emergency service, Sonitrol guarantees the arrival of a service technician, on-site, within three hours.
NO FALSE ALARM GUARANTEE
If you receive a fine for a false alarm that was dispatched in error by Sonitrol and caused solely by Sonitrol’s audio detection system and not by your personnel, the telephone company or an Act of God, Sonitrol will pay the fine.
If you experience a break-in, and Sonitrol fails to dispatch the authorities, and you have a loss, Sonitrol will pay up to $5000 of that loss. Of course, you have insurance to cover unfortunate events, but at least Sonitrol has “skin in the game,” every single night, with every Sonitrol-protected facility that has a qualifying Sonitrol audio intrusion detection system.
