    Members and guests of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware (CIRC/Delaware) gathered on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 for their monthly luncheon and Annual Meeting.     The members of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware (CIRC/Delaware) and their guests gathered at the Clarion Belle in New Castle, Delaware on Wednesday, March 14, 2018. The featured speaker was Jeffrey D. Randol, Executive Director, Fort DuPont Redevelopment & Preservation Corporation. Once a military installation, Fort DuPont is now being integrated into a place to call home for people looking to connect with nature, history and community.
