    Members of four regional commercial realty groups meet on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Harry's Savoy Ballroom on Naamans Road, Wilmington, Delaware for their Annual Regional Dinner Meeting.     The weather was awesome and everyone was ready to play! The Commercial Industrial Realty Council of Delaware members and their guests enjoyed a great golf tournament on Monday, June 29, 2015 at the Hartefeld National Golf Course.     Once again, members of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council and their guests gathered on May 13, 2015 at the Clarion Belle, New Castle, Delaware for the final luncheon before taking a break for the summer. The event also featured the Annual Meeting that included the election of Board Members and Officers. John Birmingham, CIRC/DE President and Paula Swain, Incyte Corporation.     Members of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware (CIRC/Delaware) gathered for their monthly luncheon on March 11, 2015 at the Clarion Belle in New Castle, Delaware. Mike Hare, Senior Vice-President, The Buccini/Pollin Group was the speaker. Mike updated attendees on current and future development plans for the company.     CIRC/DE Celebrates the Holidays

    On December 10, 2014, members of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware (CIRC/DE) gathered with their guests to celebrate the 2014 holiday season. The event was held at the University & Whist Club and the food and decorations were amazing. Canned goods were gathered for the Food Bank of Delaware and proceeds from a 50/50 benefitted the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware. Hilary LaMotte Burke, MSW, represented the Girls & Boys Club of Delaware. Thank you to Parke Bank for providing the table poinsettias, Premier Wine & Spirits for donating a wine and craft beer basket that added to the festivities.     On Thursday, November 20, 2014, members of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council (CIRC/DE) joined members of the CCIM Institute (CCIM), the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the TriState Realtors Council Association for their Annual Meeting at Harry's Savoy Ballroom. The annual event is held the Thursday before Thanksgiving and signals the start of holiday festivities.
