    Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware Holds Annual Meeting

    Members and guests of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware (CIRC/Delaware) gathered on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 for their monthly luncheon and Annual Meeting. Megan provided an informative update on development activities along Wilmington's Riverfront. The Annual Meeting and Election of Officers was also featured during the luncheon.     The Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware Hosts Economic Forecast

    Members of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware (CIRC/Delaware) gathered at the Clarion Belle in New Castle on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 for their luncheon meeting.   Photo (left to right) Bruce Jones, PNC Bank; Bill Adams, PNC Financial Services Group; Don Robitzer, CIRC/Delaware President; and Bruce Colbourn, PNC Bank.     Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware Hosts March Luncheon

    The members of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware (CIRC/Delaware) and their guests gathered at the Clarion Belle in New Castle, Delaware on Wednesday, March 14, 2018. The featured speaker was Jeffrey D. Randol, Executive Director, Fort DuPont Redevelopment & Preservation Corporation. Once a military installation, Fort DuPont is now being integrated into a place to call home for people looking to connect with nature, history and community. In addition to the restoration of historic homes and commercial buildings, Fort DuPont will include a marina, hotel, restaurants, new residences, retail stores, conference center and office space all on the waterfront and a short walk to downtown Delaware City. The CIRC/Delaware membership is growing regularly, thanks to the efforts of Jim Manna and his hard working membership committee.     Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of DE Hosts February Luncheon

    On Wednesday, February 14, 2018 members of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware and their guests met at the Clarion Belle in New Castle, Delaware for their monthly luncheon. Scott Johnson, a partner in McConnell Johnson Real Estate Company provided an overview of the Delaware Fiber Network project and discussed the continuous positive impact it has on the State of Delaware. Fiber assets are critical to attracting business to our landscape. It's a driving force to economic development.     Commercial-Industrial Realty Council Hosts Holiday Luncheon

    It was a festive day as members of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware (CIRC/Delaware) and their guests gathered on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at the Whist Club in Wilmington for their annual holiday luncheon. Board of Directors Membership has continued to grow under the leadership of Jim Manna, CIRC/Delaware Membership Chairman and his team.  New Members Once again, members stocked the pantry at the Food Bank of Delaware with their generous donations of non-perishable items. Raffle tickets were sold with all proceeds going to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware. We support their efforts to prepare the future workforce of Delaware.     Members of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware (CIRC/Delaware), Society of Independent & Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Suburban West Realtors Association (SWRA), Delaware Real Estate Women (DREW) and Appraisal Institute (AI) and their guests gathered for their annual joint regional dinner meeting on Thursday evening, November 16 at Harry's Savoy Ballroom on Naamans Road in Wilmington, Delaware.     CIRC/Delaware Hosts Annual Golf Tournament

    On Monday, June 26, 2017, the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware (CIRC/Delaware) hosted another successful golf tournament at the beautiful Hartefeld National Golf Course. The weather was awesome and the event was a sell out.  Event proceeds benefitted the Delaware Kids Fund. Special thanks to our sponsors and volunteers. Without your generosity and hard work, the event would not be possible. Once again, the leadership of our Executive Director, Janet Pippert was outstanding. The event began with a shotgun start at Noon.  Before heading out on the course, attendees enjoyed a delicious BBQ lunch. There were snacks and beverages available all day.     CIRC/Delaware Hosts May 2017 Luncheon

    Member of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware (CIRC/Delaware) and their guests attended the May Luncheon and Annual Meeting on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at the Clarion Belle in New Castle, Delaware.
