CIRC/Delaware Annual Regional Dinner Meeting
Members of four regional commercial realty groups meet on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Harry’s Savoy Ballroom on Naamans Road, Wilmington, Delaware for their Annual Regional Dinner Meeting.

The Keynote Speaker was Steve Collins, Executive Vice-President, St. Louis based Commercial Development Company and Environmental Liability Transfer. He discussed their unique corporate strategy to redevelop some of our nation’s dirtiest former industrial sites. One current project is the former Claymont Steel (Evraz Steel) plant. Their concept plan for “First State Crossing” is now underway.
Prior to the dinner, attendees were taken on a tour of revitalization efforts in Claymont. The tour was hosted by Brett Saddler, Claymont Renaissance Development Corporation. The Commercial-Industrial Realty Council, Delaware, Delaware Economic Development Office, and NAI Emory Hill also sponsored the tour.
