March CIRC/DE Luncheon Features Eileen Fogarty, NCC Land Use Department
On March 12, 2014 CIRC/DE members and their guests gathered at the Clarion Belle in New Castle, Delaware to receive an update from Eileen Fogarty, General Manager, New Castle County Land Use Department.

Eileen recently joined the department and was given a warm welcome by luncheon attendees.
The following new members were welcomed at the March luncheon:
Carmen Calderaro, Collins Business Systems; Mohamad Abdullah, Bank of America Practice Solutions; and Mark Parker, P.E., Becker Morgan Group
As usual, the Clarion Belle staff prepared a delicious buffet for everyone to enjoy.
The event also featured Real Estate Continuing Education classed provided by Frederick Academy of Real Estate before and after the luncheon.
