New Castle County Executive Tom Gordon Speaks to CIRC/DE Members
Members of the Commercial-Industrial Realty Council of Delaware (CIRC/DE) and their guests gathered on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 to hear an update on New Castle County activities from County Executive Tom Gordon.

Mr. Gordon reported that the Unified Development Code is under review and changes will be announced in the coming months. At the March 12 luncheon, Eileen Fogarty, General Manager, New Castle County Land Use Department, provided CIRC/DE members with details on the expected changes.
