CIRC/Delaware Hosts January Luncheon
On January 13, 2016, CIRC/Delaware members and their guests gathered at the Clarion Belle.
After an activity update from CIRC/Delaware President Bert Root, Dace Blaskovitz provided members with an interesting presentation, “Delaware By the Numbers”.
